Sex in a Pan

I made this for my office. Nobody cared that mine did not have the nice layers that your photos have, it was gone in 10 minutes. I’m not a fan of instant pudding so I made real pudding. Mistake. The pudding had to cool, and as it cooled it got thick and more difficult to spread. And people could not get the crust out of the pan, they were just scooping the filling. So next time, I’m going to line the pan with parchment paper and then kind of try to pick up the crust before adding the filling so that it doesn’t stick and is easier to scoop out.

Ingredients

Crust

• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 3 tbsp white sugar
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 1 cup flour

Cream cheese layer

• 1 8 oz package cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar (use ½ cup for less sweetness)
• 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip

Vanilla pudding

• 1 package of instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
• 3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)

Chocolate Pudding

• 1 package of ]instant chocolate pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
• 3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)

Last layer

• 2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
• shaved chocolate
