Walnut Praline Brie And Fruit Platter




Make 4 to 6 servings.

Ingredients :
  • 1 pound red or green grapes 
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 2 teaspoons light corn syrup 
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 1 small (8-ounce) brie wheel

Directions :
  1. Wash and divide grapes into clusters.
  2. Melt together the sugar, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in the walnuts.
  4. Cut the Brie into wedges and arrange on round serving tray.
  5. Spoon 1 teaspoon of praline mixture over each wedge and garnish with the grapes.
